http://www.emule-project.net/ - HUGE variety, easy to find files but extremely long waits. Alternate clients are available at (among others)
http://lphant.com (offers less features and has no real reason to use) and
http://emuleplus.info/ (has some nifty features that regular Emule lacks, probably worth a look.)
http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net/ - Very wide variety, if you already are sharing a lot you can find and download easily. Now that they've finally added TTH to DC++ other clients aren't as useful, but the one at
http://revconnect.com is based off of DC++ and adds mullti-source transfers, although some hubs do not like it.
http://www.winmx.com/ - Good variety of MP3s, very long waits
http://www.slsknet.org/ - Good variety of MP3s, sometimes there are long waits
